Merchandise is 100% guaranteed.  You will find the Product Return Form under the help button on the BMI Merchandise Website.  Complete and submit the form so we know what you want to return.   Your account executive will contact you as soon as possible to get your credit issued.   No Return Authorization number needed!   We may ask that you put the items aside so we can take a closer look.  Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a computer – contact your account executive and we will get credit on its way to you!
