What if parts of my order are missing?

BMI merchandise uses Smart Pack Technology. Each carton has a label that clearly identifies item(s), order number, PO#, ship date, tracking number for each box and the total number of boxes in the shipment. Staff can easily see box contents. If you notice something is missing, please contact your account executive and we will assist in getting this matter resolved.
